Problem

Ally launched its first credit card requiring UX across marketing, education, an interactive bonus cash calculator, and integration with third-party servicers for application and bonus cash management.

Solution

Designed the full credit card lifecycle — marketing, online application, informational pages, FAQs, and account servicing with bonus cash management. Built the bonus cash calculator grounded in internal user research showing what customers expected from a credit card product.

Role

IA over 8 months. Collaborated with product owners, content strategists, visual designers, marketing, and external partners. Largest challenge was creating seamless experience across 4+ different platforms in the credit lifecycle.
