Ally's native app and mobile web navigation needed to consolidate across a multi-year phased approach as major new features (auto, credit card, mortgage) were added. Complex set of navigation rules across 4 phases needed tracking while simultaneously adding and updating features.
Solution
Created comprehensive phased navigation documentation used by executive group and development. Produced cross-platform visual design for iOS (iPhone + iPad), Android, and Windows. Documentation included dated change logs with reasoning, giving full transparency to stakeholders and engineering.
